Drawing from her background as an executive, mentor, and consultant, Dvorit founded Good Question Coach to support individuals, pairs, teams, organizations, families, and groups of all kinds seeking alignment. Known for her astute insights, directness, humor, and social intelligence, Dvorit's questions are a springboard for her coachees' success.
Dvorit's credentials include 20 years of leadership across sectors, industries, and organization types; ongoing accredited coach training; and a wide array of experiences advising fellow entrepreneurs, businesses, initiatives, friends, and communities.
Dvorit studied behavioral neuroscience, social justice, and business at the University of Pennsylvania and Wharton, all of which informs her practice. Her coaching education is in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) and Positive Intelligence®.
Her ability to drop into nearly any coaching scenario is a result of her broad-ranging personal history. This wealth of experience encompasses time well spent with for-profits, non-profits, social enterprises, and policy advocates; entrepreneurs, startups, accelerators, and incubators; funders, donors, investors, and fundraisers; makers, inventors, scientists, engineers, and manufacturers; artists, performers, event producers, comedians, athletes, and burners; insurers, consultants, and retailers; alumni, volunteers, social justice warriors, and community builders. She pulls inspiration and perspective from all of these past lives to guide her empathetic approach to coaching.
Raised in Oak Park, IL and based in Oakland, CA, Dvorit's name is pronounced dvor-eet, rhyming with 'more sweet.'
